In order to design a truly individualised training programme, it is necessary to consider all aspects of your lifestyle. Posture, eating and drinking habits, smoking, activities of daily living and current activity levels all play a part in your general health and well-being, what you are capable of now and will be capable of in the future. During your complimentary session, we will perform a pre-training assessment followed by a discussion of the results including body fat percentage, waist/hip ratio, waist circumference, body mass index, blood pressure, strength & endurance and flexibility tests. We’ll re-assess all of the initial fitness assessments at 6-8 week intervals to review the results and the progress you have made
