What is Rehab & Prehab?

Rehab (Rehabilitation) focuses on restoring strength, stability, and mobility following injury, surgery, or pain.
Prehab (Prehabilitation) prepares your body to handle physical demands, reducing injury risk and optimising performance — before problems even arise.

Our approach combines:

  • Comprehensive movement assessment to identify muscle imbalances, compensations, and weak links.

  • Corrective exercise programming to rebuild strength, mobility, and control in key movement patterns.

  • Manual therapy and mobility work where needed to restore joint function and soft tissue balance.

  • Progressive strength and conditioning to safely transition you back to sport, training, or daily life.
