Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide **at least 24 hours’ notice**. **24+ hours’ notice:** You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge. **Less than 24 hours’ notice:** A cancellation fee applies,: 100% of the booked session fee**. **No-show:** If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, we will charge the full session fee. This policy helps us manage appointments fairly and allows us to offer your time to another client. By booking an appointment, you agree to these cancellation and rescheduling terms. If you have an emergency or exceptional circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider the situation on a case-by-case basis.
