Hi, my name is Mehdi. Founder of Back 2 Fitness London. My love for health and fitness started when I was young, I always had a keen interest in health & fitness starting in Judo, swimming and football at the age of 6. I gradually became interested in the gym during adolescence progressing to Bodybuilding in my late teens. I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession.
I have more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry and early on in my career began to question how I could help clients continue exercising even when they had pain or physical restrictions and unable to run or perform certain exercises. This motivated me to specialise in lower back pain, corrective exercise and biomechanics, and now have graduated with MSc from London Metropolitan University, I have the knowledge and the ability to diagnose, assess and rehab musculoskeletal & sports injuries. The most rewarding part of my day is hearing statements like :
"I ran at the weekend without aggravating my knee " or "I got out of bed this morning for the first time in years without back pain".
I have extensive experience and success with CEO’s, businessmen and women and those clients whose work requires them to sit for long periods of time. I love to challenge myself by using the techniques I have learned to lose body fat and increase muscle mass whenever I feel I have overindulged so am constant evidence of my methods and can empathise with my client’s challenges and frustrations. I love to share my knowledge and experience to help others achieve their individual and ever-changing goals whether they be novice gym user or requiring specialist intervention.
I will listen and work with you to develop a supportive and encouraging rapport from which a safe, fun and varied programme can be devised.

My Body Transformation
Here is my body transformation I completed a couple of years ago, took me 12 weeks to lose 7.6Kg of body fat, a drop from 86.4 Kg in body weight to 79 Kg, without any muscle wastage, using a variety of resistance, weight training, and cardio. Thanks to the dedication, hard work and consistency, without neglecting spot on nutrition.
